Site News: Ubersoft.net vs. Comment Spam, Round Two

I've updated the spam-catching tool my site uses to nap comment spammers. Almost immediately after doing so the comment spam stopped. Actually, almost immediately after doing so ALL comment-related activity stopped. I'm still trying to figure out if there's a connection.

I seem to be able to comment fine.
I guess it's good that the spam filters don't tag the site admin as spam. That would be awkward.
