Site News: The Site Sits Idle For A While So I Can Move Into A House

We now have a place to live in WV. This week, and maybe next week, will be an "adjustment period" while I move out of the Super 8 hotel and into the permenant dwellings.

During this time I won't have internet access at home so there will be no comic-related activity. Once that has passed, however, I may actually have a (gasp!) stable schedule and be able to (shock!) start "consistently" producing entertainment again.

I put quotes around "consistent" because... well. You know.

Wish me luck!

Good luck moving into a new house! I think 99% of the people who read HelpDesk have had that "wonderful" experience, and we all know how stressful it can be. In the meantime, we will do our best to survive without our fix of ubersofty goodness ;-)

House

Good luck.

Hope all goes well...

Moving house is very stressful Sorry you have to have the hassle...

But once all is in place and you are settled in, just think how wonderful it will be.

Good luck!

The real question is, should the quotes have gone around "consistently," or around "entertainment"?

JK... hope the move goes smoothly!

Same here haha

I'm also moving soon, and I'm without internet at my current place!

B&Bs suck.

Good luck, Chris!

Might be a good theme for Ubersoft, can't wait to see Alex's new excuses and all that fluff :)

Congrats on the new house!

Congrats on the new house! Don't mind us, we'll wait. ;)

BTW: If people object to Javascript still (re: Hashcash, etc), suggest that they install Firefox and NoScript. If you didn't already know, NoScript allows you to selectively allow/disallow Javascript for various sites. Very useful little tool.

Good post...

... best idea you ever had...
