LEFTY: I don't know about that. I think when all the facts are laid out you'll be a lot more cooperative.
ALEX: What facts?
LEFTY: Oh, pretty basic things.
ALEX: Things like what?
LEFTY: (Standing in room, holding a phone up to his ear) Things like "I outweigh you by at least 200 pounds" and "I'm standing in your office right now." people usually find those facts very compelling.
(Silence.)
ALEX: Is that a Palm Pre?
CUSTOMER: I'd appreciate it if we focused on the part where I'm subtly threatening you.
