CUSTOMER: Why should I use your search engine over any of the others? What makes yours so special?

ALEX: Doink isn't a search engine. Doink is a "decision engine."

ALEX: A search engine looks for any mention of a search term on the web and puts it in a list. 90% of those instances have nothing to do with whatever you're looking for. Doink doesn't just search for terms, it make a decision on what you're trying to do with them and adjusts its results accordingly.

CUSTOMER: ... no matter what search term I use it keeps linking me to your online store.
