CUSTOMER: Yes, we have a slight problem.

ALEX: What is the nature of your problem?

CUSTOMER: It seems we have a large amount of email on our servers that might be legally... embarrassing.

ALEX: Don't panic. Open Ubersoft LookOut!'s email administration panel and click on the "Tools" menu.

CUSTOMER: OK.

ALEX: From the "Tools" menu, click "Filters." When the Filters window appears, check the "Display Legally Embarrassing Emails" checkbox, then click "OK."

CUSTOMER: OK.

ALEX: Now click "Select All Emails," then click the big red button on the far right.

CUSTOMER: You mean the one that says "Lose Email?"
