PHIL: I'm not the one who was storing sensitive financial data in an old closet without telling anyone.
ALICE: It was a SECRET. "Security through obscurity" isn't very effective if you point it out to people.
PHIL: You didn't have to tell everyone. But I should have known about it.
ALICE: Phil, who was the guy who accidentally emailed one of our most proprietary pieces of intellectual property to a college friend, causing pirated versions of it to be passed all across the internet?
PHIL: That's not the point!
(Silence)
MARK: That was Phil, right?
PHIL: That's not the POINT!

Absolutely hilarious.
I can sympathize with Mark though. Whenever there's a vague comment made about someone being in trouble, I start thinking back to all of the stupid things I've done over the last 48 hours, hoping that it wasn't me.

And to the poster below: I think the most stupid thing I ever did when working in IT was to accidentally kick out the power cord for the Cabletron hub that sat in the middle of our network. Fortunately, I noticed it quickly.
