ALEX: It looks like you're using Verandah: HomeUserPro with the Family Upgrade License. That's your most likely culprit.

CUSTOMER: What do you mean?

ALEX: The Family Upgrade License is reporting that it has an invalid activation key because all of the Family Upgrade Licenses were given invalid activation keys.

CUSTOMER: Well, can you issue me another activation key?

ALEX: I can.

(Silence.)

CUSTOMER: Will the activation key work?

ALEX: It will not.
