ALEX: We don't want to FORCE you to do anything. I'm just telling you what the standard procedure is.

CUSTOMER: Your standard procedure involves waiting for the courts to compel you to refund the money of dissatisfied customers?

ALEX: Yes.

CUSTOMER: What possible good could that accomplish?

ALEX: Well for one thing, it tells us that you're serious about wanting that refund.
