ALEX: Apparently.

MARK: I guess that's a refreshing change of pace.

ALEX: Yeah. The defendant becoming the litigator and all that.

MARK: But don't you have to first get the government's permission to sue them before you can do the actual suing?

ALEX: The Boss is an old hand at this. I'm sure he has that covered.

VIKTOR SCHRECK: So how do you suggest we go about getting the government's permission to sue them?

BOSS: I have no idea what you are talking about.
