CUSTOMER: With all the talk about these thieves who either stole or legally purchased 140,000 records off your database, I got curious about what kind of information you actually collect.

ALEX: We're not at liberty to divulge -

CUSTOMER: Oh, it's all right. I already know.

ALEX: You do?

CUSTOMER: Sure. I bought my own report through your website. And I was wondering who I should talk to about some of the incorrect information I found on it.

ALEX: What kind of incorrect information?

CUSTOMER: Well to begin with I did not die in 1975.
