CUSTOMER: You're telling me that as of last Tuesday, Nifty Doorways 2001 stopped being able to access the Internet?

ALEX: That's right.

ALEX: You see, ND 2001 is an old version of our operating system. Our latest version, Nifty Doorways Xceptional Product, has been around for some time, but some people don't see any need to upgrade.

ALEX: This makes us sad, because ND XP provides a wealth of features not available to our customers still on ND 2001.

CUSTOMER: A wealth of features?

ALEX: That's right.

CUSTOMER: Such as?

ALEX: As of last Tuesday, Internet access.
