CUSTOMER: My computer keeps telling me I have unauthorized software installed on it.

ALEX: Do you have any other operating systems installed on your machine?

CUSTOMER: No.

ALEX: Do you have any unregistered software or software registered to a company that competes directly with one of our products?

CUSTOMER: No.

ALEX: Do you store mp3's, DVDs, video clips or pictures on your machine?

CUSTOMER: No.

ALEX: ... you don't?

CUSTOMER: No. This is a development machine.

ALEX: What do you develop?

CUSTOMER: Internet viruses mostly. Are you going to help me or not?
