ALEX: What version of Nifty Doorways are you using?

CUSTOMER: Nifty Doorways 2001.

ALEX: That's your problem.

CUSTOMER: What's my problem?

ALEX: ND 2001 is an old version of our operating system, is no longer compatible with the Internet.

CUSTOMER: What?

ALEX: To become compatible with the Internet again, we suggest you purchase Nifty Doorways "Xceptional Product."

CUSTOMER: ND 2001 is incompatible with the Internet?

ALEX: That's right.

CUSTOMER: When did that happen?

ALEX: Around last Tuesday.
