CUSTOMER: I think you should know your decision to no longer support Ubersoft Antivirus 2003 is absolutely unacceptable. I paid money for the program and I bought a renewal to the subscription in good faith. I'm entitled to support and I'm entitled to a working program!

ALEX: Our decision to stop supporting the 2003 version of our Antivirus software is based on its ageing architecture. Supporting it when our latest version supports cutting-edge, state of the art technology simply doesn't make any business sense.

CUSTOMER: Then why did you let me buy an extension on my license in the first place?

ALEX: That still makes business sense.
