CUSTOMER: Ummm... so are you still taking orders and shipping computers to people?

ALEX: Doing a little last-minute Christmas shopping are we?

CUSTOMER: Well... sort of all of it. And I need to get it done today.

ALEX: I see. Unfortunately, we aren't taking any orders.

CUSTOMER: WHAT???

ALEX: But that's only because you've called the tech support line. Let me transfer you to sales.
