ALEX: Ubersoft Technical Support. Alex speaking.

CUSTOMER: Yes, I'm having a problem with one of your CD-ROMs... "UberMapper."

ALEX: UberMapper is an innovative software program that contains every road in the United States as of 2001. What seems to be the problem?

CUSTOMER: The problem is that once again, your software is being more "helpful" than I'd prefer.

ALEX: What do you mean?

CUSTOMER: I mean that when I try to get directions to a new restaurant, it keeps trying to give me directions to a completely different restaurant. When I try to get directions to an auto dealership, it gives me directions to a competing auto dealership. When I try to get directions to a doctor's office, it gives me directions to a PSYCHIATRIST.

ALEX: Psychiatrists are doctors.

CUSTOMER: That is NOT the POINT.
