PHIL: Oh? How is it working out?

MONK: It's awfully quiet.

ALEX: What exactly did you do?

PHIL: Oh, I added a few nested menus to the phone queue, updated the phone management software, modified the hardware...

ALEX: "Modified the hardware?"

PHIL: I disconnected the ringer.
