CUSTOMER: So you mark up your Nifty Doorways and Office Suite applications in order to offset the hit you take from selling the rest of your software at a huge loss?
ALEX: Yes, in order to ensure that software gets the chance it needs to catch on with the computer using public.
ALEX: It's important that new software be given the opportunity to grow, and in markets where other leaders have a firm grip on the public, we need to find some way to take the hit until the public swings around to our way of thinking.
CUSTOMER: So if the rest of your software starts making a profit, will you lower the prices of Nifty Doorways and UberOfficePro?
ALEX: Well... No.
