PHIL: Oh, don't worry. This will make your life easier. We're altering the phone menus to deal with most tech support calls before the Help Desk has to get involved.

ALEX: You mean you're setting up an automated help system that troubleshoots nad resolves simple technical problems?

PHIL: No... we force the callers to go through three levels of automated support menus, then we hang up on about 60% of them.
