DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Before we get started, Your Honor, I'd like to inform the court that we have filed a counter-suit against Ubersoft.

VIKTOR SCHRECK: What? On what grounds?

DEFENSE ATTORNEY: We allege that after this trial is finished, Verant will begin to develop a database of reasons that DMCA-related lawsuits might be filed against them, and that one of those reasons will be the "psychic theft" charge Ubersoft has levelled against us. We further allege that Ubersoft used psychics to examine that database, and stole that specific reason from our yet-to-be developed database to use against us.
