ALEX: You know, I don't consider myself a particularly ethical person, but I find this plan of yours extremely distasteful.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: That's very interesting, Alex. You know what else is interesting?
VIKTOR SCHRECK: The law-making portion of the government is so utterly and absolutely lost when it comes to computers and how they work that they have absolutely no idea what a hacker really is. in fac,t they rely on people like me to tell them. And in today's extremely paranoid climate it would be possible to label ANY computer professional -- regardless of their level of actual technical expertise -- as a hacker. Isn't that interesting?
ALEX: So... I'll just back to my desk
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Excellent idea.
