MARK: I saw on the schedule they had you working on Christmas Day. That's terrible.

ALEX: No, it's actually a pretty sweet deal.

MARK: What?

ALEX: Basic Christmas psychology. No one is willing to admit there are unsolvable problems on Christmas Day. The deluge of calls doesn't start until the 26th.

MARK: I noticed there weren't any names listed to work on the 26th.

ALEX: We don't speak the names of the condemned.
