ALEX: They have you on Tier 1 of the post-holiday deluge, do they?

SCOTT: Yeah. Those customers are brutal.

ALEX: Understandable. Fortunately, it'll all stop on New Year's Day.

SCOTT: That's a relief.

ALEX: Of course, that's only because we're closed on New Year's Day. It all comes back on the 2nd.
