VIKTOR SCHRECK: There is no "just to" here, Alex. I believe we've hit on a revolutionary new way to run a cost-conscious business in these lean economic times.
ALEX: Instead of firing people you send them to jail?
VIKTOR SCHRECK: It's not a matter of wanting to fire Mark, we just don't have any use for him right now. We might later, though.
ALEX: So you're going to let him sit in jail until you can find more work for him to do?
VIKTOR SCHRECK: I'm thinking of calling it "the incarcerated reserves."
