TV PERSONALITY: To better understand the historic settlement between the Department of Justice and Ubersoft Corporation, I've asked Viktor Schreck, Chief in-house Counsel for Ubersoft, to explain the ramifications of this event. Thanks for joining us, Mr. Schreck.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: It's my pleasure, Steve.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Ubersoft is very pleased with the progress we've made in our negotiations. We've never wanted this battle, we've always felt it was a detriment to the American people... we feel punishment is wholly unwarranted.
TV PERSONALITY: So you feel that the accusations made against Ubersoft were baseless and wholly without merit?
VIKTOR SCHRECK: No, we just object to the punishment.
