Customer: Young man, I am trying to access a public website your company set up for the British government, and I can't get in.
Alex: That's probably because you're not using our web browser. You can only log in to that site using our own proprietary browser.
Customer: But I don't use your browser. I've used Netscape for as long as I can remember.
Alex: Unfortunately, because we don't sell that browser we can't guarantee it will adhere to all of our security protocols. Your only option is to start using our web browser immediately.
Alex: That's when she suggested I remove all the topsoil from my lawn.
