ALICE: How can you possibly sell a computer without an operating system?

SALES REPRESENTATIVE: Well, our customers are pretty savvy. They either just want hardware because they're hobbyists and only want to buy components, not complete systems, or they already have the necessary licenses from whoever, and want machines to put them on.

ALICE: "Whoever?" Licenses from "whoever?"

SALES REPRESENTATIVE: They're mostly Linux users.
