SCOTT: I'm getting depressed.
ALEX: What's the problem?
SCOTT: I just can't win. I try to maintain a positive attitude and help the customers through their problems, but there are just too many of them. The truth of the matter is, the software we sell is too unreliable for the level of technical expertise we sell it to. It's... disillusioning. I guess there's a childlike innocence about computers that I'm starting to lose.
SCOTT: Do you remember when it happened to you?
ALEX: My first summer job. CompUSURY. I was fifteen.
