CUSTOMER: What IS Ubersoft .NIT, anyway?
ALEX: We're not really sure. Not yet.
CUSTOMER: What do you mean, you don't know? You're the guy who told me about it!
ALEX: Well, Ubersoft doesn't really decide what a new buzzword means until we've convinced the computer news media that it's a really good idea. Then we randomly pick a new feature and assign it to the name. Once they've already endorsed it, it's too late to back out.
CUSTOMER: I'm getting frightened. That made sense.
ALEX: Maybe you should ease off the tech support calls for awhile.
