CUSTOMER: I'm trying to type a letter using UberWordSoftpro2000, and every time I try to save it, it insists on saving it as a web page.

ALEX: That's part of our new web integration tool. Now it's easier than ever to place your documents on a web site or intranet.

CUSTOMER: But I'm just typing a letter! I don't WANT to save it as a web page.

ALEX: The web has become a ubiquitous part of our lives. We use HTML as our primary format to make it easier to put everything on the web.

CUSTOMER: Why would I want to do that?

ALEX: We supply means, not motive.
