BOSS: The plan is so simple it astounds me. We currently have no documentation at all; if we hire ONE person to provide it, we will have (technically) improved our documentation dramatically... but in reality one person will be wholly inadequate for the task.

BOSS: So we will technically be able to show that we have improved our documentation, though nothing useful will be accomplished.

ALEX: But that would mean...

BOSS: That we have to hire a tech writer. Interviews start Monday. Show up early.
