CUSTOMER: I recently downloaded Ubersoft's new security patch for Nifty Doorways 2001... and now my computer keeps locking up.
ALEX: That's a natural byproduct of our patch.

CUSTOMER: All I'm trying to do is type a memo!
ALEX: Is it a memo about explosives or DVD algorithms?
