SCOTT'S MOM: The computer you gave me for Christmas isn't working properly, so I thought I'd call in and try to get it fixed. Don't think of me as your mother, dear, think of me as a customer, no different from any other.

SCOTT: Uh... OK...

SCOTT'S MOM: Although giving birth to you WAS excruciatingly painful.
