BOSS: I'm told that you have managed to overcome your morality, and I am willing to re-instate you as a Help Desk Technician... for one week. During that time, you will be monitored to ensure you deal with our customers... properly.

BOSS: By "properly," I mean that you will lie and make excuses for the performance of our products.

SCOTT: That's what I thought you meant.
