CUSTOMER: Hello, Ubersoft Tech Support? I'm having a really strange problem with my computer that I can't seem to fix...

ALEX: Uh-huh...

(Clicking noises)

CUSTOMER: Well, for some reason Nifty Doorways 5.0C won't recognize my video card's driver... it keeps giving me a "Cannot Find Driver" message at bootup and asks me to re-load the driver. Then it works until I boot again, then it starts all over...

ALEX: Mmm-hmm... that's strange all right...

(Clicking noises)

CUSTOMER: You're playing Solitaire, aren't you?

ALEX: No! No! I'm listening.
