CUSTOMER: I recently bought a copy of the latest version of "Nifty Doorways 5.15 Workstation." Id' read about it in the magazine reviews, and an ad said "New version out now!" so I bought it. It seems to be missing something.

ALEX: I don't see how. ND Workstation is the most advanced operating system on the market.

CUSTOMER: Perhaps, but there seems to be no software in the box, so I really can't test your claim.

ALEX: Hmmm. perhaps you should speak with someone about getting a replacement package.

CUSTOMER: I would dearly love to, but YOU DON'T SEEM TO HAVE A CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT.
