CUSTOMER: Hello, I'm a network administrator for an office of about 3 servers, 10 workstations, 25 PCs and 8 Macs... I'm trying to install your product over the LAN... as near as I can tell, it doesn't seem to be working.

ALEX (Thinking): I have no idea what I'm doing.
